We are excited to welcome Chef Traci McCollum! Traci will be the new manager of the Corner Cafe after our annual winter break. Traci has her associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institutes. A lifelong Richmond resident, she grew up helping her family in the kitchen and enjoys sharing her passion for cooking which started here in Wayne County, with the Richmond community and now, our foodie friends too!
Chef Traci is a familiar face in the community, serving on the Richmond Civic Theater Board of Directors, as a committee chair for HYPE, and as a dance instructor at a local dance studio. Additionally, Traci was recently recognized with the Young Professional of the Year Award from the Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce.
